- Ensure your phone supports wireless charging.
- Confirm your power adapter or USB port outputs at least 18W.
- Check that the case is not too thick and remove any metal or uneven objects.

- Remove the phone case and try charging again.
- Use the included charging block and cable, or try alternate accessories.
- Adjust the phone to the correct charging position.
- Unplug and replug in the charger for 3-5 times.
3. What should I do if my AirPods case is not charging?
Check if your AirPods are compatible with wireless charging:
- If you're unsure whether your AirPods support wireless charging, locate the model number on your AirPods case (see the image for reference). A1602/ A2897/A2031 not supports wireless charging function. If you want to get the help from our Customer Support, you can provide either a photo of the upper left corner of AirPods case or inform us of the number.

- You can determine whether your AirPods have wireless charging function based on the list.
A:AirPods Pro/Pro 2: Have MagSafe cases and are compatible.
B:AirPods (1st Gen): Use Lightning cases and are not compatible with wireless chargers.
C:AirPods (2nd Gen): MagSafe (A2032) will work, while Lightning (A2031) cases will not work.
D:AirPods (3rd Gen): MagSafe (A2566) will work, while Lightning (A2897) cases will not work.
E:AirPods 4 Active Noise Cancellation supports wireless charging, but AirPods 4 regular not support it.

If your Airpods is compatible, please try the below troubleshooting Steps:
- Verify charging status of your watch on your phone.
- Unplug and reconnect the charger 3-5 times.
- Remove any protective case to see if the issue persists.
- The indicator light on the AirPods case will turn off automatically after 7 seconds once charging begins.
If these steps of troubleshooting still cannot solve the issue, please inform customer service team promptly to help you in a timely manner.
- If you're using a non-Apple watch, it may not be compatible. This charger is designed specifically for all Apple Watch series.
- Ensure your watch software is up to date. Go to Watch app > General > Software Update on your iPhone.
- Unplug the charger and plug it back in. Repeat 3-5 times.
- Try a different charging block or cable to check if the issue perisists.

Please note that slight heating during wireless charging is generally normal as it transmits the energy throughout the coil, but abnormal if it generates excessive heat.
To prevent overheating when charging, please avoid:
- Using a protective case thicker than 0.12 Inch (3 mm).
- Utilize phone cases with metallic design, pocket case and uneven surface.
- Placing metal accessories, credit cards, or pop sockets between your device and the charger.
Trouble shooting for overheating issues:
- Remove the case and check if the excessive heat persists.
- Close any unused apps on your device.
- Allow the charger to cool down before reconnecting.
If the problem cannot be solved after removing the case and the charger continues to generates excessive heat during use. Please contact Customer Support for further assistance, and we will send you a replacement to fix this issue.
